Dr. Young worked in many integrative settings, from acupuncture for detoxification at Lincoln Memorial Hospital to naturopathic care at Yale affiliated Griffin Hospital. She has worked in integrative settings, side by side gastroenterologists and other specialists offering evidence based natural medicine to enhance conventional treatment and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Dr. Young is clinical faculty for the residency program at Manchester Hospital, teaching conventional physicians the importance of natural medicine for the University of New England. In 2018 Dr. Young became the first naturopathic physician to have privileges at Manchester Memorial Hospital where she provides inpatient care.
