Breast Care Collaborative

ECHN’s Breast Care Collaborative, a proud member of the National Consortium of Breast Centers, is a diverse network of specialists dedicated to addressing your needs and answering your questions surrounding breast health.

All services are confidential and range from education and support to testing and treatments. A dedicated Women's Health Navigation Team guides you to the resources you need and can connect you to the right professionals, including radiologists, surgeons, pathologists and oncologists. Whether you need help setting up an appointment, have questions about your test results or just need someone to talk to, the Collaborative is an invaluable resource.

For breast cancer patients and survivors, the Collaborative can be vital to physical and emotional recovery, serving as a caring and understanding partner and providing access to wellness programs, support groups and other health resources. For all other patients the breast care collaborative is a valuable resource for all your breast health needs.

All support services are free of charge and offered to any patient in need.
