Corporators Vote In Favor of Acquisition

On July 29, the ECHN corporators voted 98% in favor of the acquisition of ECHN by Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. (Prospect) In June, ECHN’s Board of Trustees unanimously agreed to the sale of substantially all assets of ECHN to Prospect. With this final vote, ECHN will seek approval of the transaction from various state and federal regulatory agencies.
