Tolland Medical Building

The ECHN Medical Building in Tolland is located at 6 Fieldstone Commons, at the corner of Route 195 and Merrow Road near the Big Y Supermarket plaza. The building houses:

• The offices of family physicians Harold Sandals, MD, and Beth Schweitzer, MD, and internal medicine specialist Arathi Kumar, MD.
• The offices of orthopedic surgeon Scott Bissell, MD, who also has offices in Vernon.
• The offices of gastroenterologist Alexia Koudellou, MD.
• A satellite office for Manchester OB/GYN Associates: Drs. Lawrence Arky, William Guinan, Lon Manfredi, Aziza Omrani, and Daniel Welling.
• A new full-service ECHN Laboratory Patient Service Center, staffed by a qualified and experienced phlebotomist and offering blood drawing and specimen collection services. The lab is open Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. No appointment is necessary, although appointments will be made if desired, and walk-in business is welcome.
