From the Waterbury-Hartford area (heading down I-84 East):

• Take I-84 east to Route 2.
• Take Exit 8.
• At the end of the exit ramp turn left onto Hebron Avenue.
• Cross over Oak Street at the second light.
• Take the next right into Glastonbury Corporate Center (look for sign that says 628).
• Turn right at the stop sign into the first parking lot.
• The Glastonbury Wellness Center is straight ahead.

From the Manchester area:

• Take Main Street to Manchester Road (Route 83) toward Glastonbury.
• Turn right onto Hebron Avenue.
• At fifth light, turn left onto Oakwood Street.
• Take first right into Glastonbury Corporate Center.
• Left at stop.
• Right into parking lot for building one.

From the Sturbridge-Boston area (heading down I-84 West):

• Take I-84 westbound to I-384.
• Take Keeney Street exit.
• Take a left at the stop, followed by a right onto Keeney Street.
• Follow Keeney Street to the end.
• Turn right onto Hebron Avenue.
• At third traffic light, turn left onto Oakwood Street.
• Take first right into Glastonbury Corporate Center.
• Left at stop.
• Right into parking lot for building one.

From the Springfield area and points north: I-91 South to I-84 East, then follow directions above.

From the New Haven area and points south: I-91 North to I-84 East, then follow directions above.
