Our prenatal exercise program allows you to modify your workout according to your fitness level and trimester of pregnancy. Each class includes low-impact cardio, strength training, stretching and relaxation techniques designed to help women cope more effectively with pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum.
This is an ongoing class and participants can join at any time. Classes meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM. A note providing medical clearance is required. Walk ins welcome!
The location for our Fit For Delivery Class is the Manchester Community Y Recreation Center, 78 North Main Street, Manchester. Plenty of parking and easy access is available to our classroom.
Fee is $40 per month and pro-rated for the second month when participants start mid-late in the month. Fee for only Tuesdays or only Thursdays is $25 per month. "Drop in" rates are $7/class
