Thoracic Surgery at ECHN is dedicated to the prevention, early diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the chest. We continue to expand treatment options for patients, utilizing minimally-invasive procedures state-of-the-art surgical techniques and cancer therapies. We take a multi-disciplinary approach to the treatment of our patients through out the continuum of care.

We treat the following diseases:

Benign diseases and tumors of the lung
Esophageal cancer
Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
Hiatal hernia
Lung cancer
Lung volume reduction surgery for emphysema
