Online payment:
For our patients' convenience, we offer online bill pay. This free service is easy to use and secure. Simply complete an easy form to make a payment with your credit card. Payments can be made online at any time, but please note that your account will not be credited for approximately two to three business days.
PLEASE NOTE: We can ONLY accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard for online payments.

Our Business Office is located at 320 Main Street, Manchester, and is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Arrangements can be made to set up an appointment with a Customer Service Representative by calling 860.872.5151, and we will be happy to accommodate your needs.
