Two Menu Items At Sakura Garden Will Benefit ECHN Eastern Connecticut Cancer Institute

MANCHESTER, CONNECTICUT – During the entire month of June, Sakura Garden at Evergreen Walk in South Windsor will donate 25 percent of the sales of two of its menu items to benefit ECHN Eastern Connecticut Cancer Institute in Manchester. Jersey Shore Roll includes shrimp tempura, crab, apple, tuna, avocado, and masago wrapped inside a green soybean wrap, garnished with mango sauce and spicy mayo for $15. Mongolian Beef serves up tender beef sautéed with onions, carrots, and scallions, dressed with Sakura Garden’s own Mongolian Sauce at a cost of $18.75.
