ECHN offers a variety of services at our medical office campus in South Windsor, including medical imaging, endoscopy services, breast health services, rehabilitation services, laboratory services and a number of doctor medical offices.

From the North:

• 91 South to Exit 44, toward East Windsor.
• Turn right onto Prospect Hill Road/US-5. Continue to follow US-5 S.
• Turn slight left onto Sullivan Avenue.
• Sullivan Avenue becomes Buckland Road.
• Turn right onto Deming Street.
• The South Windsor Medical office campus is on the left. Take a left into the campus and follow the signage to the building you are going to.

From the West:

• I-84 East to Exit 62.
• Turn left onto Buckland Street.
• Buckland Street becomes Buckland Road.
• Turn left onto Deming Street.
• The South Windsor Medical office campus is on the left. Take a left into the campus and follow the signage to the building you are going to.

From the East:

• I-84 West to Exit 63.
• Turn left onto Deming Street/CT-30. Continue to follow CT-30.
• Turn left onto Buckland Road.
• Turn right onto Deming Street.
• The South Windsor Medical office campus is on the left. Take a left into the campus and follow the signage to the building you are going to.

From Route 2, West:

• Route 2 West to I-84 East.
• Take Exit 62.
• Turn left onto Buckland Street.
• Buckland Street becomes Buckland Road.
• Turn left onto Deming Street.
• The South Windsor Medical office campus is on the left. Take a left into the campus and follow the signage to the building you are going to.
